Fast Repost - Terms of Use & Payment Policy

Welcome to Fast Repost. By downloading, accessing, or using our application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Fast Repost app. These terms also apply if you use the app for a business or organization.

Non-Affiliation

Fast Repost and its creators are not affiliated, sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Instagram/Meta in any way.

Usage and Content

1. Permissions: Users must obtain permission from content creators before sharing any content. Each reposted media file is functionally marked with a watermark indicating the original author.

2. Data Storage: Our application does not store or retain user data or Instagram content. We do not have access to such data and do not provide it to third parties.

3. Functionality Compliance: We are committed to adapting our application's functionality to comply with Instagram’s terms of service. This includes improving or altering features that may be seen as violating these terms.

Payment & Unlocking Premium Features

The basic version of Fast Repost is available for free. To access additional features, users can subscribe to a Fast Repost Membership within the app and pay via an auto-renewing subscription through Apple’s iTunes store. By purchasing these features, you are also subject to the iTunes terms of service.

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription price noted.

• Subscriptions can be managed by signing into your iTunes account on your computer or iOS device and changing the settings. For more details, visit Apple Support.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.

Renewals and Cancellations

Your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period. If a free trial is offered, you must turn off auto-renew at least 24-hours before the end of the free trial period to avoid being charged.

You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time by signing into your iTunes account on your computer or iOS device and changing the settings. For more details, visit Apple Support.

Lifetime Plans

A Fast Repost lifetime plan allows you to access premium features available at the time of your purchase for as long as those services are available. You may not assign lifetime plans to any other person. We make no warranties or representations as to the expected lifetime of the Fast Repost services, and by purchasing a lifetime plan, you acknowledge and agree that the services could change or terminate in the future.

Refunds

Your payment is managed by Apple via iTunes, and you will need to contact Apple customer service for refunds, as we cannot process refunds ourselves.

Pricing Changes

We may change the pricing plan at our discretion. We will try to inform you before any changes so you can modify or cancel your subscription. We accept no responsibility for any losses you may incur by failing to change your subscription after being informed of pricing changes.

Content Policy & Restricted Use

• You must ensure you have permission to post content from all copyright owners.

• You agree to our Terms and that it is your responsibility to ensure you have permission to post all media you are reposting.

• Attribution must be given with a watermark or caption tag as discussed with copyright owners.

• Violation of these terms may result in being banned from using the service.

• You are responsible for all your activity in connection with this app.

You warrant, represent, and agree that you will not contribute any content or otherwise use the services in a manner that (i) infringes or violates intellectual property rights, (ii) violates any law, (iii) is harmful or deceptive, (iv) impersonates any person or entity, (v) restricts other users' enjoyment of the services, (vi) relates to unlawful products, or (vii) contains harmful code. We reserve the right to remove any content from the services at any time for any reason.

Limitations of Liability

We and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers of Fast Repost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the services; (ii) your content; or (iii) your violation of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimers

The Fast Repost app and our licensors’ intellectual property are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We explicitly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Use or privacy policy to reflect changes. If we do this, we will post the revised terms here with an updated date. We encourage you to check these pages regularly for the latest information.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms of Use is illegal or unenforceable, that portion is severed, and the remaining terms remain unaffected.

You may not assign these Terms of Use or any rights or obligations without our prior written consent. Any such assignment is void without prior written consent. We may transfer these Terms of Use or any rights without your consent.
